Getting help with a conversion
If a photo does not convert, please tell us:
- your device and browser (for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows 11, Chrome”);
- the error message shown next to the file;
- the file size and where the photo came from (camera, messaging app, download…).
Please do not send us private photos unless you are comfortable doing so. Because the converter runs on your device, we never receive your files automatically.
